TN this Series of the “ inside story ” of the EMBASSY BAR we propose to deal with Staybrite Steel, Chromium, Dulux, and White Enamelled Steel. Nothing is more helpful, from a dean, attractive point of view—in a Combined Milk Bar and Cafeteria — than Staybrite Steel, Chrome, etc. It is easily cleaned and kept clean; and in these days when high priority is given to cleanliness where foodstuffs are handled, the EMBASSY rates Al. The cubicle tables and cubicle seats are all supported by 2-inch round chromium standards; likewise the canopy above the counter is supported by these standards. The counter top, measuring 24 feet, is constructed in Staybrite Steel, with a hi-polish finish. The tops of the refrigerators are covered with Staybrite Steel, with the sides of the cabinets built of White Enamel. The sink and sink benches, manufactured by Alex. Harvey Ltd., are Stainless Steel throughout, and the whole area is covered on three sides by a Chromium “ Crittal ” Frame giving privacy to this department. Special care has been taken with the Kitchenette, and a high-class Dulux has been used on the walls and benches. Where the benches are attached to the concrete walls tinnedcopper flashings have been constructed. Finally, to improve on the general appearance of the Shop, the walls and counter front have been finished with Strip Chromium. DON’T FORGET !
