FRIDAY, the sth OCTOBER, 1945, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit adopting proposed new rules in substitution for the existing rules of the Club. The Club has redeemed its outstanding Debenture Issue and the proposed new rules ar e for the purpose (inter alia) of making necessary consequential alterations of the rules and providing for the election by postal ballot of the following OfficeBearers, viz., A President, Two VicePresidents, and a Committee of 12 Members, six to be elected at each Annual Meeting. The President and the two- Vice-Presidents to be elected annually and to be ex officio members of the Committee. The full 12 irfembers of the Committee to be elected by postal ballot at the Annual General Meeting in 1945 and at the Annual General Meeting in 1946 the six members to retire and to be eligible for re-election to be declared by ballot of the Committee. In subsequent years the six members of the Committee longest in office to retire and be eligible for re-election. A copy of the proposed new rules may be inspected by members at the Office of the Secretary. Any member desiring to propose an amendment to the proposed new rules may do so by forwarding same in writing duly signed by him* to the Secretary on or before FridSy, the 28th September, 1945. L. A.
