APPEAL TO FARMERS

TO SUPPORT THE LIBERTY LOAN At Friday’s meeting of the Te Awamutu branch of the ' New Zealand Farmers’ Union a circular letter was read from the Dominion president, Mi W. W. Mulholland, soliciting support for the third Liberty Loan. '“ This loan ■ is a very important pait of the war effort,” wrote Mr Mulholland, “ and in assisting in its success farmers will be striking a real blow for the war effort. The chairman (Mr A. S. Wyllie) commended the appeal to members of the Union and all farmers.
