SUCCESSFUL SPORTS

NGUTUNUI-PUKETOTARA FIXTURE KEEN COMPETITION DISPLAYED The annual meeting of the Ngu-tunui-Puketotara Sports Club was held on Saturday, April 3rd, in Mr R. Ormsby’s paddock. The weather, which broke the day before, threatening to make it necessary to postpone the meeting, relented in time to enable the fixture to be held. There was a record number of entries in the various contests and the financial success of the meeting was the best to date.
