RABBITSKIN SALE VALUES SATISFACTORY Messrs Dalgety and Company report as follows: The first rabbitskin sale for 1942 was held at Dunedin on February 3rd, when we submitted a fair sized catalogue befdre a full attendance of exporters and local trade. Our offering was comprised principally of summers, milkys, runners, etc., and met good competition. Owing to the uncertainty of the available shipping space to America and United Kingdom, buyers were somewhat cautious, but it is .pleasing to record that values paid were satisfactory and an incentive for trappers to carry on and continue forwarding their consignments during the summer period.
