Harvest festival services will be conducted at the local Methodist Church on Sunday next, the preacher in the morning being the Rev. R. Thornley, M.A., of Cambridge, and in the evening, the Rev. A. Everill Orr, of Auckland. Appropriate anthems will be sung by the choir. A sale of produce will be held in the Parish Hall on Monday. Special services will also be held at Pirongia with a harvest sale on Tuesday.
