The draw for the final matches in the C grade Yankee Tournament will be posted in the Club House. The 36 hole bogey competition for Mr W. G. Park’s trophy was won by Mrs McDonald. The champion of champions match and one day tournament will be held on Friday, play to commence at 9 o’clock.

Te Awamutu and Otorohanga players taking part at the Cambridge Golf Club’s championship during last week-end gained a good deal of prominence. M. Otway did not survive the second round of the Cambridge championship, but E. D. Williams, in the Karapiro Plate, successively defeated H. Napier 1 up at the 19th, Langston 2 up, Herrold 1 up and Trathen 2 up, to win the competition. In the morning medal round W. Rust, Otorohanga, won the junior grade with 84, 16—68, and J. Ball, Te Awamutu, was runner-up with 85, 17—68. E. Griffin, Te Awamutu, won the afternoon stableford senior division with 38 points, and the runner-up was N. Ormsby, Otorohanga. with 35 points. In the final contest for the Otorohanga Golf Club’s senior championship, played on the local links, R. Snowdon defeated R. E. Pilkington after a great contest—l up.
