NEGOTIATIONS WITH FARMEES. COMMITTEE SET UP. A committee representing sharemilker employers in the South Taranaki district has been set up to act in conjunction with the New Zealand Farmers’ Union in all matters concerning share-milkers. The committee, which was appointed at a meeting of between 50 and 60 share - milker employers held in Stratford last week, will confer with the union in any future negotiations respecting share-milker agreements. Letters from interested parties in the Waikato and other dairying districts were received supporting the proposal. The matter was discussed in committee and it was subsequently announced that a committee of 12, with Mr G. W. Williams, of Ohangai, as chairman, had been appointed.
