THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, by a Proclamation under the above Act dated the 28th day of April. 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 34 of sth May, 1938 at page 1060, the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu on and after the 16th day of May, 1938.
