TE AWAMUTU—THURSDAY. (Before Mr F. Levien, S.M.) The following undefended civil debt cases were disposed of by Mr F. H. Levien, S.M., at the Te Awamutu sitting of the Me.gisarate’s Court on Thursday, and in each case judgment was entered for plaintiff with costs: James Walker Ltd. v. Puhi Maniapoto, claim £8 2s Bd, costs 32s 6d. Acme Rubber Co. v. S. M. Kidd, claim 18s (costs only).
