OPINIONS OF OUR READERS. THE MUNICIPAL BAND. Sir, —In reply to “ Contributor ” re Municipal Band matters, in which he seems very interested —but far from right—-if he will come forward and meet the bandmaster and myself we will be able to give him all the information he requires. I do not intend to enter into a debate through the newspaper. I may state, however, that the Band at the present time is a happy family, and all the members are in perfect harmony with one another.—l am, etc., H. C. RAINEY.
