Speaking at Dunedin yesterday, the Hon. W. Lee Martin, Minister of .Agriculture, said that some farmers in the north felt that the guaranteed price was not sufficient. Whether the Government could satisfy all he was doubtful, but as a producer he was among the many who were satisfied. Since the guaranteed price was brought into operation he knew from his balance sheet the state of his improved position.
