NOMINATIONS FOR SUMMER MEETING. NINETEEN IN TE AWAMUTU CUP. Nominations for the summer meeting ot the Waipa Racing Club, to be held at Te Awamutu on December 12, closed on Friday evening, and it is satisfactory to record that the entries in each race compare more than favourably with those for the meeting a year ago. There are nineteen in the principal event, and no race has less than fifteen nominations. The special weight race, the Waipa Plate (for two year olds and upwards) has the largest number, 37, while the Kihikihi Hack Handicap has attracted 27. The full list is as follows: W. G.
