MEETING OF KIHIKIHI BRANCH. Opening with a hymn, the monthly meeting of the Kihikihi branch of the Presbyterian Women's Mission Union was held on Wednesday afternoon, Mrs Sullivan presiding. The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the secretary, Mrs Donaldson, and Mrs Eyre read an interesting letter from Sister Edith re the work of the Mission .amongst the Maoris. Mrs Moore very creditably read the lesson, Luke ii., 1 to 13. Mrs Hunter, of Te Awamutu, who was to speak on life and conditions in India, was unable to be present, as she is confined to her home with a severe attack of influenza. Afternoon tea brought the meeting to a close.
