£I4OOO The Council proposes to appropi iato and pledge as a security for this loan and interest a Special Rate of two pence and seven-eighths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of thß uuim proved value) of all rateable property of the Ngavua Roads Special Rating Area. It is proposed that the said loan shall be repayable at the expiration of thirty six and ono half years from the Ist day of July, 1923, and that a sinking fund shall be provided of pne per cent, per annum.
