Prices were firmer than at the last sale. l ( at wethers 34s to 35a 3d, (top price secured by a pen entered by Mr L. H. McAlpine), fat ewes 26s to 30s fid, fresh forward ewes 255, heavy fat steers yarded by Mr A. Orr brought £l9 10s, fat steers £l4 10s to £ls Email forward conditioned Bteers £l2 3s, fat heifers £lO 13s to £ll ss, fat cows £lO 12s 9d fto £l2. 2-a-yr steers £lO 17s, 2yr steers £9, 20 months heifers in calf £7 to £7 10s, calves mixed sexes £4 7b to £5 I4s, inferior sorts £2 6s to £3 9s, 2| to 3yr heifers in calf £6 Is, dairy cows close to profit 12 to 14 j-gns, .dairy heifers close to profit 8 to lOgns.
