To the Editor Sir, —1 B ee Mr S. McKibbin is doing a weep over drainage matters. Surely Mr McKibbin knows by thi3 time that drains are like “ kissing ; it goes by favor.” Why, I know of one member of a drainage board who is getting his outlet cleaned at a cost of something like £167. How is that for high ?—I am, etc., Another Sufferer.
