OHINEMURI COUN.TY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Ohinemnri County Counc), held on the 15th day of March, 1917, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 1917, at 130 p.m, at the Council Chambers, Paeroa. Resolution That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23, of “ The Counties Act, 19G8,” the Ohinemui County Council, resolves, by way of Special erder, as follows : 1. The present division of the County of Ohinemuri into six Ridings is revoked, and iu lieu thereof the said County shall bo divided into nine Ridings, to be called respectively Paerca Ridiug, Karaugahake Riding, Waitekauri Ridiug, Waitoa Riding, Nethcrton Riding, Waikiuo Ridiug, Kaimauawa Riding, Maugaiti Ridiug, and Patetouga Riding, which said Ridings are respectively described in the Schedule hereto. 2. The Faid Ohinemuri County Council shall consist of niue members, and the electors of each of the said Ridings shall elect one councillor, 3. The alteration hereby mado shall take effect on and alter the third day ofOclober, 1917. A copy of tho schedule above referred to is deposited iu the ollioe of the Council at Paeroa, and is open to the public during ordinary otliee hours. R. W.
