Resolution ;—That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23, of “ The Counties Act, 1908,” tho Ohinemu'-i County Council, resolves, by way of Special order, as follows : 1. The present division of the County of Ohinemuri into six Ridings is revoked, and in lieu thereof the said County shall be divided into nine Ridings, to be called respectively Paeroa Riding, Karangahake Riding, Waitekauri Riding, Waitoa Riding, Netherton Riding, Waikino Riding, Kaimanawa Riding, Mangaiti Riding, and Patetonga Riding, which said Ridings are respectively described in the Schedulo hereto. 2. The said Ohinemuri County Council shall consist of nine members, and the electors of each of tho said Ridings shall elect one councillor, 3. The alteration hereby made shall take effect on and after tho third day of October, 1917.
