HINEMURI 00 U N|T Y COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Ohineranri County Counc : J, held on the 15th day of March, 1917, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 1917, at 1.30 p.m, at the Council Chambers, Paeroa. Resolution ; —That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23, of “ The Counties Act, 1908,” the Ohinemu'.i County Council, resolves, by way of Special order, as follows : 1. The present division of the County of Ohinemuri into six Ridings is revoked, and in lieu thereof the said County shall be divided into nine Ridings, to be called respectively Paeroa Riding, Karangahake Riding, Waitekauri Riding, Waitoa Riding, Netherton Riding, Waikino Riding, Kaimanawa Riding, Mangaiti Riding, and Patetouga Riding, which said Ridings are respectively described in tho Schedule hereto. 2. The said Ohinemuri County Council shall consist of nine members, and the electors of each of the said Ridings shall elect one councillor, 3. Tho alteration hereby made shall take effect on and after the third day of October, 1917.
