The following donations are acknowledged by the Waitoa branch of the Red Cross League :—Te Aroha Jockey Club £5, social to Mr D. Craig £4 14s, Mr Smith £l, collections £L 108, Mrs Woods ss. A list of garments sent away to the St. John Ambulance in the last two months is as follows : February —l7 underflannels, 5 pairs pyjamas, 3 shirts, 12 towels, 6 pairs sooks, 60 swabs, 30 handkerchiefs, old linen, bundle books. March—l 4 underpants, 2 pairs pyjimas, 18 pillow-slips, 10 towels, 41 handkerchiefs, 24 face cloths, 60 swabs, 15 many-tailed bandages, 5 shirts, 6 pairs socks, bundle books.
