Annual Meeting.
At the meeting on Thursday night; Mr M. Morison was voted to the chair, ✓ , The minutes of last year s meeting were read by Mr H, S, Herbert, who stated the money they had had iu hand was voted to the Fire Brigade to improve the running tr rroposed fay Mr Dretman and seconded fay M: A. E. Eichler that -. the Club be the Te Aroha Cycling Club. Carnei v - Mr O'Flauagan advocated touriug oeiug included in the objects of the Club, and a motion was carried that the object 'of the Club be to promote local cycling and road and track racing. , ... . „ Resolved that the subscription be 5s for members and as 2s 6d for honorary members. It was decided that the Fire Brigade Station be the Club s headThe election of officers result id as follows Patron, Hon. W. H. Herries; President, Mr.J. Maloney , vice-presidents, ■■ Messrs R. L.
