SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE. AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT. Melbourne, Morch 16. A series of conferences of representatives of Inter-State steamship companies, including David Mills, and the Federated Seamen’s Union, resulted in an agreement covering a period of two years.
