London, February 28 - Ar the oonference of Nationalists, sitting at Cork Mr O’Brien, M.P., presiding, it was decided to found a league to be called “The Bpirit of broadest toleration for an 7 Ireland league,” aiming to unite Irishmen to concentrate a movement to obtain self-government and promote other projects for the advancement of Ireland.
