Notice is hereby given that in pu ;*• suance and exercise of the powers’ vested in them by “The Te Aroha Recreation Ground and Racecourse Act, 1892, ” “ The Public Reserves! Act, 1881,” and “The Public Reserves Act, 1881 Amendment A«t,„ 1885,” the Trustees having controlof the Te Aroha Racecourse Reserve, being the northern portion of Section 5 of Block XI., Aroha Survey District, and comprising the whole of the land firstly described in the Schedule to the Act first above mentioned, do hereby make these regulations, viz. : 1.
