Alfred Buoklanp & Co. report :— At Olmupo, on Tuesday, wo had an unusually good mustor of grown steers, which were in demand and sold at from £3 5s up to £4 10s. Dairy Cows wanted, none yarded. Young steers, if good, in demand at rather more than lato values. Fat cows, from £3 2s Gd to £6 10a ; fat steers at from £4 to £5 15s. Sheep : 90 fat ewes made 7s each ; 200 full mouth ewes, in lamb, at 58 each ; 30 merino wethers, at 3s each. At Waitoa, on Thursday, we had a good muster of cattle and sheep Fat cows, at £3 5s ; fresh cows, £2 15s ; calves, 7s each ; empty cows, low condition, from 15s to 30a. Sheep : 274 owes in low condition, made 3s lOd each ; 200 wethers, 8^ 6d to 10s ; pen of fat ewes, Bs. We sold privately during the week 50 grown steers, well-bred, and very forward, for Waikato Land Association, at £5 each.
