[The Volta, a launch driven by elec tricity, has just successfully crossed the ■Channel.] Oh, ahe is a gallant boat. Sing a dy-na-mo ! Quito the rummiest craft afloat. Stag a. dy-na-mo ! Shei a- rong as is the eagle, And a» swift «s aar beagle. And the foo 3he will inveigle. Sing a dy-namo ! And she made the Channel trip, Shir a ayna-mo ! Just like any other ship, j<ing a dynamo! And she makes no noise when going, With no steam nor sail nor rowing, And but little of her showing, Sing a dy-na mo ! She can go acro3s the sea, faing a dy-nu-mq I "Worke-1 by electricitee, SmK a dy-na-mo! And shoy say she's a first-rater. Thongh I uan't explain the natur, Or that there accumulator ; aingady-ua-mo! Though our guos may all bo bad, Siug a dy-ua-mo! There 11 comfort to be had, Sim: k dy-na-mo !
