BURMAH.
The Country Disturbed. The news from Burmah shows an unsettled state of affaire. Incendiarism and rebellion are spreading all over Upper and Lower Burmah, and numbers of leading merchants and others have been arrested on charges of complicity in the insurrectionary movements. It the meantime, the differences between England anil China over Burmah continue to widen, aud the affairs of the two powers have never been in a more unsatisfactory condition.
