Russia is desirous that the Powers should gire her mandate to occupy Bulgaria. lloseberry, Secretary of State of Foreign Affairs, informed the House of Lords to-day that the Russian Squadron had only gone to Smyrna for the purpose of re- victualling, and would immediately rejoin the combined fleet in Sunda Bay. Roseberry added that Russia was prepared to cordially co* operate with England as to the movements of the squadron.
