Proposed Alliance With Prince Alexander. Londox, March 30. The Greek Chamber of Deputies meets at Athens on Friday, when it is expected it will grant a forced currency. It is stated that France and Russia are instigatihg Greece, who expects that the Powers will now abandon coercion." iV hile the Powers are undecided amongsb themselves as to what action to take, Prince Alexander of Bulgaria is taking steps to strengthen the Roumelian frontier. Hopes ai % 6 entertained in Athens than an alliance may be effected with Prince Alexander. The continental courses are depressed.
RUSSIAN FLEET WITHDRAWN. Constantinople, March 30. The Russian vessels belonging to the combined squadron, at present stationed in Suda Bay, in the island of Crete, have been ordered to proceed to Smyrna. Athens, March 2S. The Government have issued a proclamation calling out the first and second class Greek reserves. London, March 2*. In the Reichstag Princo Bismarck referred ominously to the present attitude of France towards Germany.
