Radames from the first was well up, the favourites lying back, Leonora being last in passing tlie stand. After the last time round Administrator had run into first position, Fitz-Hercules second. During this round changes were frequently made, to an embarrassing degree, as first one and then another and a third were coming into leading positions almost as quickly as they could be made out. A great race home ensued ; coming into the straight Normanby led, under whip, barely by a head ; Kadames then took the command, and arpeared to be winning, but Administrator came up with wonderful speed, and raced to the post in good style, finishing a dead heat at the post with Radames. Normanby was third, half a length behind. ftelson was fourth, and Leonora fifth. This was the best time eve. made on the racecourse for this distance.
