Receiver of Gold Revenue v. P. Quintan, claim £5 arrears of rent due on business site. Judgment for amount, costs 11s. Patrick Moriarty v. Nicholas Cle.iry *an I others claim £13 10s for wages, and praying for dissolution of partnership in Y<>ung Caledonian Licensed 'Holding between complaint and defendants. P. Moriaty, sworn : I am a miner at "Waiorongomai, and a shareholder in the Young Caledonian Licensed Holding. Worked in claim from September 24th till October 27th. They promised to £ay, and Nicholas Cleary was secretary -and manager. Told shareholders I was going to sue for dissolution. Order made that the partnership be dissolved. That Joshna Cuff be named Receiver. That he realise on the partnership property within one month. Proofs of claims against partnership to be called for. If assets are insufficient a call to be made. Three months allowed for statement of accounts to be filed in Court. Costs of Court £1 Is, professional costs £2 2s.
