That Joshna Cuff be named Receiver. That he realise on the partnership property within one month. Proofs of claims against partnership to be called for. If assets are insufficient a call to be made. Three months allowed for statement of accounts to be filed in Court. Costs of Court £1 Is, professional costs £2 2s.
