The House of Commons had an aIJ-night sitting discussing the amendments of th€ House of Lords to the Agriculture Bill. The amendments consisted of 17 pages. By 10 o'clock in the morning the House had reached only the sixth page. About 20 Oppositionists and 20 Ministerialists were present.
