ATTITUDE OF CABINET. NO INTENTION TO RESIGN. (A. & N.Z.) ATHENS, Dec. 0. M. Rallis denies that the Cabinet intends to resign as a result of the three-Power Note. The Government will request explanations regarding Constantine's alleged disloyalty and hostility towards the Entente. M. Rallis added: "Greece is willing to fulfil her treaty obligations." VOTERS INTIMIDATED. NO SECRECY OBSERVED. (A. & N.Z.) PAHIS, Dec. 6. Telegrams from Athens assert that supporters of Constantine are intimidating the electors into voting for his recall. Troops were marched to the poll and ordered how to vote. Secrecy does not exist.
