SIR THOMAS MACKENZIE'S MISSION. Pirns Association. WELLINGTON, September f>. Sir Thomas Mackenzie has been authorised by the Government to attend, as representative of New Zealand, .the conference on trade and commerce at Toronto. He will also make inquiries in the United States regarding the possibilities of increased trade between America and New Zealand. ITo will report to the Government after his return to this country.
