According to the bulletin issued by the Public Health Department, there were -Hi cases of infectious diseases notified in the Canterbury district for the week ended at noon to-day. The locations were as follow:—lnangahna, tuberculosis one; North Canterbury, scarlet fever three, diphtheria .11, enteric two, pneumonia Hi, tuberculosis one, pneumonic influenza eight; South Canterbury, diphtheria one, tuberculosis one, and pneumonia two. No cases were reported from Buller, Westlaud, Grey ami Ashburton.
