PALMEKSTON SESSIONa Press Association, PALMEKSTON N., August 10. The sessions of the Supreme Court opened to-day,* before his Honour Mr Justice Chapman. John William McClure pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft, and was sentenced to three years' hard labour, the sentence to be concurrent with a sentence the prisoner is now serving for/theft at Auckland.
