CHAMBERS SITTING. Sitting in Chambers this morning, his Honour Mr Justice Heidman dealt with the following business:— Probate was granted in the estate of William Eden (Mr O. T. J. Alpers), late of Gordon Avenue, St. Albans, farmer, and in the estate of James Millar (Mr G. W. C. Sniithson), of Irwell, farmer. In the divorce suit, Ellen Elizabeth Bllck (Mr G. H. M. Walton) v. Win. Henry Blick, the decree nisi was made absolute, and the custody of the children was given to petitioner. In the estate of Joseph Knight (Mr J. H. Williams), late of Laverick's Bay, Banks Peninsula, an order allowing executors' commission was made. Leave to sell was granted to Charles Win. Cattermolc (Mr H. K. McDougall) against George A. Cntterniolc and others in the estate of Charles Catterinole, of Christchurch, cabinetmaker. Leave to sell lands and to expend portion of proceeds in the erection of buildings was granted in the estate of John Hughes Luke (Mr G. P. Purnell), of St. Albans, farmer. CIVIL LIST.
