MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TO-DAY'S CASES. Mr V. G. Day, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court this morning. Helplessly Drunk.—Arthur O'Connor, alias Murphy, appeared on reniard charged with helpless drunkenness on February 5. Sub-Inspector S. Dew stated that further medical examination was required for the defendant, and a remand was granted until to-morrow By-law Breaches.—Charged with riding a bicycle on Lincoln Road without a light, Jack Warman was fined 10/- and costs. Driving a motor car without a light along Oxford Terrace cost \V. Williamson a line of 20/- and costs. Frederick A. Adams, charged with having left a motor car without a light in Tuam Street on December 9, was lined 10/- and costs. On a similar charge, Reg. Adams received a like penalty.
