REFUGEES MURDERED. VESSEL SUNK BY SHELL-FIRE. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. Australia* and X.Z. Cable Association. (Rcc. Feb. 13, 9.2:>> LONDON. Feb. 11. A message from Novorossysk (on the north-eastern shore of the Black Sea), via' Moscow, reports the loss of the transport Karantin, with 1400 refugees, who had fled on the approach of the Bolsheviks. The message alleges that, owing to indignation among those left behind. General Denikin's artillery fired upon the vessel. A shell blew up ihe boiler and the vessel sank.
