ONLY SMALL POSTS TAKEN. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (A. & N'.Z.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 12. A dispatch from Tokio denies the reports that the Japanese troops have been compelled to evacuate Northern Korea. The dispatch states that only weak, outlying posts have been taken by the insurgent Koreans. The Japanese are a firm control over important positions, especially along the Mukden railway.
