The Wool Council proposes to submit a definite scheme for wool control to a vote of the Commonwealth wool-growers operating the li)2(l-21 clip, by which the owners will be compelled to send all their wool to brokers for valuation in the usual way. Then the wool will be submitted at public auction at such time and place, and in such quantities, as the Joint Council considers can be absolved by world's wool trade.

There will be no fixation of prices, and no pool. The council asks growers to support the scheme, in view of the unprecedented accumulation of wool, which, if not temporarily controlled, will endanger future values;
