BUTTER FAMINE.
A Word of Explanation, Appreciation and Future Realisation. We acknowledge and fully appreciate the patience displayed by our numerous clients regarding the shortage of butter. We wish to make it known that had it not been for our incessant efforts in securing supplies from remote creameries our ever-increasing clientele would have fared a great deal worse. A NEW FEATURE. To meet with our increased business all over Canterbury, we are compelled to.make extensive alterations by installing a duplicate order department in the rear of our premises, this being the second time during the year that we have had to increase our space. An additional one and a-half ton delivery truck has been put on and together - with motor, electric truck, plus horse and foot, we are confident that we can cope with our ever increasing business and ensure prompt delivery of all orders entrusted to our care. FRANK A. COOK, LTD., .10 748 Colombo Street.
