The said Loan shall have a currency or Thirty-six and a-hair (364) Years, and bear interest at a rate not exceeding £5 10/- per | centum per annum. It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the Loan, the Interest and Sinking Fund for the first year, and the preliminary expenses in connection with the Scheme for which the Loan is proposed to . be '.ftised.
