The Lyttelton Harbour Board at its meeting to-day decided to endorse the policy of the Otira Tunnel League, on tho motion of Dr H. T. J. Thacker, M.P., seconded by Mr F. Horrell. Discussiug the resolution, Mr E. J. Howard said that it was "bunkum" for the Minister of Public Works to Bay that he could not get labour. He could get the labour all right if he paid wages that would enable the men to live decontly.
