SCHOOL COMMITTEE.
BURWOOD. The monthly meeting of the Burwood School Committee was held last evening, there being present—Mr S. C. Thompson (chairman), Mrs Llhdlcy, Messrs RoWse, Lindley, Walker, nnd Farrar. The headmaster reported that the attendance was satisfactory. It -was decided to have the shelter shed floor clayed and tarred, and to. repair tho windows. The Education Board was asked to supply njew blinds for the school, and to supply Hew taps. ; An application from the , Government asking for nse of school on election day, April 10, was granted. The matter of the cost of school stationery was left in the hands of the headmaster.
