ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
THROWN FROM MOTOR CAR. Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 3. On Saturday afternoon Mrs Gentles, a resident of Wellington, was thrown from a motor ear owing to the ear running over a bank. She was admitted to the hospital suffering from concussion, and died this evening. DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC. AUCKLAND. March 4. Ronald Laird, aged 12. died in the hospital whilst under an anaesthetic for the removal of his tonsils. The evidence at the inquest showed weakness after influenza. While working on the buildings ivt the C'hristehurch Hospital grounds yesterday afternoon, a carpenter. W. A. Bowley, fell and broke a leg. He was admitted for treatment, at the institution. '
