SURRENDER DEMANDED. (A. & X.Z. & Renter) AMSTEHDAM. Uec. 9. The Entente is demanding the surrender by December 17 of all merchantmen interned in German ports, and ships condemned by prize courts, also all war vessels, including submarines and river craft, which have just been completed or are under construction. Germany has protested that this goes beyond the armistice terms.
