The French armies, completing the occupation of Luxemburg, have reached the German frontier eastward of Weiss, Wynpach and Hcmerscheil. TOLL OF WAR. NAVAL LOSSES. Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Ree. Nov. 2!), 1.45) LONDON, Nov. 27. The total Naval casualties to November 11, including those of the Naval Air Service to March 31, inchiding Ihe Naval Division, arc:— DEAD. Officers 2.406 Men :«),SOS WOUNDED. Officers 805 Men 4,;578 MISSING. Officers 15 Men 32 PRISONERS. Officers 2 Men 051! In addition 1461 officers and men on merchant ships and fishing vessels were killed and 3295 taken prisoner. THE EX-KAISER. MAY BE EXTRADITED. lieuter's lelcnram.i. (Rec. Nov. 29, 1.45) LONDON, Nov. 27. The Government's legal advisers have advised that the Allied Governments are either jointly or individually entitled to demand the exKaiser's surrender. The decision applies to all persons who have committed crimes covered by the pre-war extradition treaties.
