An American official report states: — The 3rd Army occupied Virton and passed Spincourt, Longoyon, and Confians, and entered the fortress of Longwy and occupied Briey. BELGIANS ARRANGE TO MAINTAIN ORDER. (A. & N-Z. & Router.) (Rec. Nov. 20, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 18. A Belgian communique states: — Continuing our advance, we reached a line Baesrodeeast of Termonde. In order to keep general security, a cavalry brigade, reinforced by artillery, cyclists, and carbineers, has been sent to Brussels. A cavalry regiment was sent to Malines. The munitions depots were exploded at Brussels.
